3000 Micron Idaho Semiconductor Manufacturing (Triton) LLC is looking for a leader for their Photo/CMP/Wet Process Manufacturing Engineering team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will guide a high-performing team to mitigate capacity risks and ensure operational commitments are met. You will innovate operational techniques, promote a strong safety culture, and drive continuous improvements.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 3 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience. Excellent leadership skills and technical expertise in data tools like Tableau and Python are required.
