Manager, Technology Development Water Services

Overview

The Boise Technology Development Water Services team plays a critical role in enabling Micron’s research, development, and manufacturing success. As the TD Water Services Operations and Maintenance Manager, you will lead the daily performance and long-term health of all TD-site water systems, ensuring smooth and safe operation of TD manufacturing.

• Lead operation and maintenance of UPW, wastewater, reclaim, and supporting water systems for the TD site.
• Ensure high system availability and rapid response to operational issues and emergencies.
• Drive reliability, asset integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use data, metrics, and trend analysis to improve performance, cost, and efficiency.
• Develop and lead the team through clear priorities, coaching, and performance management.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of facilities experience in semiconductor or related industry.
• 4+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of water treatment, UPW, or wastewater systems.

• Advanced knowledge of semiconductor water, UPW, and wastewater treatment systems.
• Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety laws affecting water systems.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated success driving operational excellence and reliability.
• Proven ability to lead change, build culture, and develop talent.
