Overview

The Boise Technology Development Water Services team plays a critical role in enabling Micron’s research, development, and manufacturing success. As the TD Water Services Operations and Maintenance Manager, you will lead the daily performance and long-term health of all TD-site water systems, ensuring smooth and safe operation of TD manufacturing.
Responsibilities- Lead operation and maintenance of UPW, wastewater, reclaim, and supporting water systems for the TD site.
- Ensure high system availability and rapid response to operational issues and emergencies.
- Drive reliability, asset integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use data, metrics, and trend analysis to improve performance, cost, and efficiency.
- Develop and lead the team through clear priorities, coaching, and performance management.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of facilities experience in semiconductor or related industry.
- 4+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
- Working knowledge of water treatment, UPW, or wastewater systems.
- Advanced knowledge of semiconductor water, UPW, and wastewater treatment systems.
- Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety laws affecting water systems.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated success driving operational excellence and reliability.
- Proven ability to lead change, build culture, and develop talent.
