College Grad - Reticle Manufacturing Process Engineer

The Mask Technology Center (MTC) is Micron Technology’s leading‑edge photomask fabrication facility located in Boise, Idaho. This role supports and improves photomask manufacturing processes at the Boise Mask Technology Center.

• Monitor production data to identify process shifts, defect trends, and emerging risks.
• Partner with Equipment Support to assess tool performance and critical defect metrics.
• Analyze out‑of‑spec reticles, materials, tools, and processes to determine root cause.
• Drive data‑based disposition decisions to prevent defect recurrence.
• Communicate and follow up on BEOL issues to improve yield and cycle time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of manufacturing statistics and statistical process control.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work rotating 12‑hour shifts, including days and nights.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or sustaining engineering environments.
• Comfort working across reticle manufacturing processes and tools.
• Strong collaboration and mentoring skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software tools.
