As an Operational Excellence & TPM Engineer at Micron, you will lead the implementation of systems and programs that improve performance and reliability for our global Facilities operations.
This is a highly impactful, global-facing role where you will be the champion for fostering a continuous improvement culture that drives operational and reliability excellence. You will collaborate with multi‑functional teams to implement and scale programs worldwide and play a key role in deploying Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), standardizing procedures, and implementing new operational solutions.
- Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at your assigned site(s) by conducting training sessions and workshops.
- Lead global operational excellence initiatives focusing on process standardization, performance improvement, and waste reduction.
- Design, develop and deliver innovative solutions that support a high-performance culture and enhance organization effectiveness.
- Analyze maintenance and operations data to identify performance, reliability, and cost improvement opportunities.
- Conduct audits to ensure alignment with TPM and operational excellence standards.
- Develop and standardize standard methodologies, maintenance methods, and SOPs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
- Experience implementing TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in cross‑functional collaboration and project execution.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
