As the F4 PEE Equipment Lead, the primary responsibility is to provide technical and organizational leadership for Equipment Engineering Owners within Fab4 Wet Etch. This role directs area equipment owners in the installation and qualification of fab tools, while driving sustaining and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and fab efficiency. Mentor and guide equipment owners, fostering technical growth and accountability. Data Driven Decision Making:
Utilize advanced analytics and experimental techniques to resolve process and hardware challenges. Impact:
This leadership role is pivotal in supporting Micron’s U.S. manufacturing expansion, including successful new site setups in Boise, Idaho. By leveraging deep equipment expertise and effective team leadership, the position ensures operational excellence and accelerates technology advancement.
