We are looking for a Transportation Civil Engineer I to join our Boise, Idaho office. The role is a hybrid position, coming into the office 2‑3 days per week for team and client collaboration, mentorship, and integration.

• Support the design, and delivery of roadway and multimodal transportation projects for state DOTs and local municipalities.
• Prepare and assist with roadway design elements including horizontal and vertical alignments, typical sections, drainage, traffic control, and ADA‑compliant facilities.
• Coordinate with project managers, senior engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to support project schedules, quality control, and client deliverables.

• BSCE in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• EIT or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Experience with Civil 3D or Micro Station.

Salary Range: $65,000 USD - $75,000 USD
Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance‑based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
