Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement long‑term strategies that enable sustainable improvements in equipment performance, precision maintenance, and scheduled downtime management.
  • Apply technical expertise and data analysis to identify root causes, implement permanent corrective actions, and improve performance reporting and decision‑making.
  • Lead and support multi‑functional focus teams, partnering with equipment owners, process owners, vendors, and shift personnel using structured problem‑solving methodologies (8D, model‑based problem solving).
  • Manage site and area initiatives using project management methodologies, prioritizing resources to meet deadlines and deliver key outcomes.
  • Support training and documentation processes, including technology transfer from development to high‑volume manufacturing and closing operational training gaps.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or Associate degree/military equivalent with 2 plus years relevant semiconductor proven experience.
  • Proven experience applying structured problem‑solving and continuous improvement methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supporting safety, quality, and manufacturing performance initiatives.
  • 2 plus years Semiconductor manufacturing experience with a strong understanding of equipment, process, and TPM methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and performance metric development.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams and facilitating post‑mortem or root cause reviews.
  • Project management experience coordinating complex site or area initiatives.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills across engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.
