Micron Technology is a world leader in memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence. This role is part of the Manufacturing Planning team and focuses on preparing a new high‑volume memory manufacturing facility in Boise, Idaho for full operation.

Manufacturing Engineer 3 – Manufacturing Engineer 4

• Drive equipment availability and utilization to maximize fab capacity
• Model capacity impacts of new tools, process changes, and roadmap decisions
• Develop and automate planning models using Python, SQL, R, Excel, or VBA
• Build and maintain site capacity and utilization models to optimize deployed capital
• Effectively communicate, and influence recommendations and improvement proposals through dashboards and executive presentations

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative field considered
• More than 2years of experience modeling front‑end semiconductor manufacturing capacity, with exposure to semiconductor process engineering
• Experience analyzing data, forming recommendations, and presenting results clearly using Python and SQL
• Ability to work independently across Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams

• 5+years of experience modeling front‑end semiconductor manufacturing capacity
• Experience influencing independently with strong organization and execution discipline
• Proficiency communicating insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Demonstrated success building cross‑functional partnerships
