Responsibilities
- Supervise multiple Project Managerswhoaremanagingmultipleprojects .
- Manageupto $30million-dollar of electrical construction projects or multiple large projects simultaneously.
- Decision-makingresponsibilityconcerningprojectcost,timeandperformance.
- Accountabilityforprojectplanning,execution,jobcosttracking,andjobclosure.
- Providemonthlyprojectstatusdetailandpercentofcompletionreports.
- Monitorandcontrolproject(s) throughadministrativedirection of on-site foremen to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Initiateandmaintainliaison with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities.
- Planaheadtopreventproblemsandresolveanyemergingones.
- Interfacingwithcontractors,vendorsandin-house operations.
- Cross-sellingofothercompanyoperationsthroughfullyintegratedsolutions.
- Supportinganinjuryfreeworkenvironmentandsafetyculture.
- Minimum
15years’experienceinselling,estimating,andmanagingmulti-million-dollar
Industrial Constructionor Advanced Technologyprojects . - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering plus
10years’constructionproject experience; orinlieuofdegree,5years’experienceasan
Electrical
Foremanor General Foremanonlargeprojects,plus
10yearsasa
Project
Managerrequired. - Provenrecordofsuccessfulrelationshipsandmarketingskills,preferred.
- Superiorknowledgeofelectricalcodesandconstructionmethods,required.
- Musthaveprovenexperiencemanaging
100k+man-hour projects. - Provenexperiencewithheavypowerdistributionsystems,instrumentationinstallation, andprocesscontrolandsystemintegration,required.
- ThoroughappliedknowledgeofprojectQA/QCproceduresandsystemturnover.
- Abilitytodemonstrateahighlevelofcompetencyinlabor,material,andcontractmanagement.
- Competencyinearned-value tracking, labor efficiency index, and crew composite factors.
- Provenabilitytocompleteadetailedtake off and all required estimating for electrical projects.
- Relevantexperienceinelectricalsubcontractingisamust.
Salary range for this position is $135,000-$185,000 annually.
Opportunity for a discretionary year-end bonus.
