Micron is seeking a Process Integration (PI) Module Support Engineer to partner closely with Process Integration Module Engineers to drive module execution, data-driven decisions, and daily operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Partner with Process Integration Module Engineers to analyze data, complete conversions, and support assigned process modules
- Act as a key point of contact for experiment coordination, conversion execution, and lot‑movement logistics
- Collaborate with PI Module Owners, Process Area Owners, Conversion Coordinators, and Change Management partners to enable smooth and timely execution
- Communicate progress, risks, and needs clearly to ensure alignment and program success
- Provide module‑level engineering support, including:
- GCP creation
- Conversion planning, execution, and reviews
- SWR troubleshooting
- Lot‑hold mitigation
- Traveler and documentation updates
- Analyze process and operational data to support SWR resolution and improve module performance
- Support achievement‑risk management through:
- Pareto analysis and use of key detection reads
- Priority tag assignment and optimization
- Rapid iteration and appropriate tag reuse
- Apply an understanding of cycle time by priority level to support glidepath projections and CoL planning ahead of major program milestones
- Experience in Process Integration, semiconductor manufacturing, or module engineering support
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform engineering decisions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate experiments, and support logistics in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, including SWR troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical field
- Prior Micron experience in DRAM Process Integration, Advanced Packaging, or Change Management
- Familiarity with DRAM or bond process flows and inline detection methodologies
- Experience with Pareto analysis, GCP creation, and conversion support
- Understanding of cycle‑time optimization and priority‑based lot management
- Exposure to program milestone planning and achievement‑risk management
