Sr. Electrical Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage all phases of electrical construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Oversee submittals and documentation to guarantee quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality assurance.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
  • Proven experience with large-scale commercial and industrial electrical projects.
  • Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to manage submittals and quality control processes.
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering concepts and methodologies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
