Wastewater​/Ultra Pure Water Construction Manager; UPW

We are seeking an experienced Wastewater / Ultra Pure Water (UPW) Construction Manager to support a large‑scale semiconductor facility project in Boise,  role will lead the coordination, installation, and delivery of complex UPW and wastewater treatment systems critical to fab operations.

You will serve as a key liaison between the client, general contractor, and specialty vendors ensuring systems are delivered safely, on schedule, and in alignment with design and quality standards.

• Oversee construction and installation of UPW and wastewater treatment systems, including piping, filtration systems, pumps, tanks, and associated infrastructure
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure alignment with project specifications and schedule
• Manage integration of process mechanical and I&C systems within the facility
• Track and drive project schedule, identifying risks and implementing mitigation or recovery plans
  
  Lead coordination and progress meetings with client, GC, and trade partners
• Review drawings, P&IDs, submittals, and technical documentation for accuracy and constructability
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, safety requirements, and project specifications
• Monitor vendor fabrication, procurement, and delivery of critical equipment
• Support commissioning, startup, and system turnover activities
• Serve as the on‑site point of contact for UPW/WWT scope, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and key decisions

• 8–10 years of construction experience, with direct experience in UPW, wastewater treatment, or process mechanical systems
• Proven experience supporting semiconductor, cleanroom, or advanced manufacturing projects
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Reverse osmosis (RO), filtration systems, carbon beds
  • Pumps, tanks, valves, and process piping systems
  • Process mechanical and I&C system integration
• Experience managing vendors and subcontractors on large‑scale construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, drawings, and technical specifications
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination

• Prior experience supporting semiconductor fab projects (Micron, Intel, TSMC, etc.)
• Familiarity with UPW systems and high‑purity piping, valves, and components (PVDF, stainless, etc.)
• Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, CxAlloy, Hexagon Smart Completions, or similar project management and commissioning software
