In the role of Principal Cad Engineer/Manager, you will:

• Lead the building and development of advanced Cad tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to successfully implement and integrate Cad solutions.
• Determine and establish Cad build standards and guidelines.
• Mentor and guide engineers, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment.
• Benchmark internal capabilities against industry standards to ensure competitive performance.
• Coordinate the maintenance and improvement of existing Cad tools to ensure flawless operation.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Cad tool development and management.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor build and processes.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a diverse group.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++.

We highly value candidates with:

• Experience in managing Cad projects from concept through implementation.
• Experience with commonly used Cad tools and software in the industry.
• A track record of mentoring and developing engineers early in their careers.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
• Experience with DRAM or NAND device development.
