We're looking for a Lead Mechanical Engineer who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through construction. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who thrives in a collaborative design-build environment and wants to work on technically challenging HVAC projects.

• Lead HVAC system design from conceptual engineering through construction documents
• Perform HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, duct and piping design
• Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, controls engineers, and other trades
• Conduct energy and economic analyses while ensuring compliance with building and energy codes
• Support field operations with engineering, troubleshooting, and technical guidance
• Mentor junior engineers and help maintain high-quality design standards

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
• 3+ years of mechanical HVAC design experience with a design-build contractor or consulting engineering firm
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, psychrometrics, refrigeration, controls, and building codes
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
