Responsibilities
- Assist in developing BIM models of HVAC duct, piping, plumbing and other mechanical construction areas.
- Identify interferences with architectural, structural, and other MEP elements.
- Perform file clean‑up, title block and viewport set‑up, compile files for composite coordination, tagging, and dimensioning model/drawings.
- Detail sections of the model.
- Produce details/drawings that comply with design criteria and contract requirements.
- Coordinate mechanical/plumbing models with other trades.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Maintain a safe work attitude and encourage safety of others, especially on construction sites.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navis Works and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- 0–5 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
