We are looking for a Senior Wet Etch Equipment Engineer to focus on safety and quality, improving manufacturing processes by installing, maintaining, optimizing, and developing our wet etching equipment. The engineer will work closely with multi‑functional teams to tackle equipment issues and implement solutions that improve efficiency and yield.

Responsibilities
  • Installation and qualification of leading wet process equipment in our new cleanroom.
  • Manage wet process equipment performance, including data analysis, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment‑related issues affecting production.
  • Use project management skills to complete project milestones that close hardware gaps around equipment deficiencies.
  • Establish productive vendor relationships to maintain supplier engagement and drive best‑in‑class equipment metrics.
  • Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies.
Minimum

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of industry experience as an Equipment Owner with wet process equipment.
  • BS or MS in an engineering field, or equivalent military experience, or AAS with 5+ years of industry experience.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented approach.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in data science and programming skills.
