Micron Technology seeks an advanced R&D professional for the Mask Technology Center in Idaho. You will develop AI‑assisted EUV mask materials and processes, drive High‑NA EUV readiness, and translate lithography requirements into manufacturable mask solutions.
You will collaborate with OPC, design, lithography and FEOL/BEOL teams, perform data‑driven studies using DOE, and help improve yield and reliability in next‑gen mask technology and semiconductor manufacturing.
