Norbryhn NSW is seeking an experienced HVAC professional to lead the development, quoting, coordination, and management of VRV/VRF projects throughout our territory. This role works closely with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, and building owners to identify project opportunities, review plans and specifications, prepare equipment proposals, and support projects from design through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of VRV/VRF systems, HVAC design concepts, estimating, and project management, along with the ability to build relationships, coordinate project requirements, and drive successful project outcomes.

• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements to identify and develop VRV opportunities.
• Prepare equipment selections, takeoffs, pricing, and project quotations.
• Manage VRV/VRF projects from initial design and budgeting through project completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, owners, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Track project opportunities, bids, awarded projects, and key milestones.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, and owners.
• Support business development efforts by identifying new project opportunities and expanding market presence.

• 5+ years of HVAC industry experience, with exposure to commercial projects.
• Experience with VRV/VRF systems, HVAC equipment sales, estimating, project management, or system design.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Direct experience with Daikin VRV systems, including equipment application, system selection, and project support.
• Proficiency with Daikin selection and design software tools.
• Demonstrated experience developing, quoting, and managing Daikin VRV projects from design through project completion.
• 10+ years of HVAC industry experience.
• Experience working for an HVAC manufacturer's representative, distributor, mechanical contractor, or manufacturer.
• Established relationships with consulting engineers and mechanical contractors within the HVAC industry.
