Responsibilities
Support reliability qualification and quality monitoring of High Bandwidth Memory products (HBM), develop product reliability methodologies, and respond to product deviations as they pertain to quality and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure HBM product reliability methods are established and followed, perform risk assessments, and provide support for manufacturing teams regarding reliability issues. Participate in taking products from design all the way to high volume manufacturing.
Provide support for senior engineers in technical debugging and data analysis. Execute testing as requested by the project lead. Contribute to the development of new tests and debugging tools. Perform system-level and drive level debugging using software programs, oscilloscopes, bus analyzers, and other diagnostic tools. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for the overall qualification process and associated infrastructures.
Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
