Responsibilities
- Review and analyze process flows to identify defect anomalies and quarantine out‑of‑control process tools.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset and seek ways to improve operations.
- Recognize, identify, and raise awareness of process anomalies.
- Use inline process signals to drive process improvements.
- Work with new inspection tools and strategies to detect problems earlier and identify sources.
- Build and improve techniques and identify new ways to use existing tools to pinpoint process issues.
- Participate actively in technical meetings and synthesize new opportunities or novel approaches.
- Collaborate with the global network to develop best practices and maintain alignment between sites.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn and apply basic data science and data manipulation (scripting, coding, or programming).
- Proactive and passionate about learning and training.
- Creative problem solver with an innovative mindset.
- Ability to investigate process anomalies and conduct root‑cause analysis, data manipulation, and correlation.
- Ability to innovate and drive effective change in an energetic environment.
- Demonstrated flexibility and tenacity in pursuit of goals.
- Excellent technical, communication, and analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Preference for experience with metrology/RDA inspection‑related processing.
- Experience utilizing AI‑enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, machine learning, data analytics, automation platforms) to improve productivity and engineering decision making.
