Staff Engineer; DTPG DOS STRAT Alignment

Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring validation/product development/business process learning is propagated across DRAM technologies. Collaborate across DRAM DEG technology pillars (Compute, Mobile, Graphics, HBM) to prioritize cross‑portfolio lessons propagation. Drive data collection and analysis to support fanning‑in and fanning‑out of Best‑Known Method (BKM) coverage across the DRAM organization. Consolidate and document all alignment activity and broadcast changes in regular cadence. Collaborate with manufacturing sites DFT/Test Development to implement cross‑technology alignment.

Collaborate with Silicon Strategy & Alignment team on design‑based alignment opportunities.

May telecommute part‑time.

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Product Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Position requires:

• Python programming/scripting
• Linux & Unix Operating System
• VLSI Design & EDA Tools
• Data Analysis
• Design for Test (DFT)
