Responsibilities
- Explore and evaluate system architectures using modeling, simulation, and prototyping tools.
- Engage customers and partners to identify system bottlenecks and future memory innovations.
- Pathfind AI-focused architectures using LPDDR and DDR DRAM technologies.
- Define and explore DRAM features that increase value in AI and high‑performance systems.
- Mentor and coach junior architects and engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in product engineering or product architecture.
- Familiarity with DRAM architectures, including LPDDR and/or DDR technologies.
- Understanding of memory hierarchy, memory controllers, and PHY fundamentals.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with memory subsystems in high-performance or AI/ML computing platforms.
- Exposure to JEDEC or memory specification development processes.
- Experience influencing system-level design decisions with customers or ecosystem partners.
- Demonstrated technical leadership or mentoring experience.
US base salary range: $135,000 – $286,000 per year. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
