Job Description
- Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) tool(equivalent)
Equipment Installation&Maintenance:
Installandsetupequipmentatcustomersites.
Performroutinepreventivemaintenancetoensureequipmentoperatesefficiently.
Conductsystemupgradesandmodificationsasneeded.
- Troubleshooting&Repair:
Leadcomplextroubleshootingandcorrectivemaintenance.
Analyzesandimprovessystemperformanceusingadvanceddiagnostictechniques.
Performrootcauseanalysisandimplementcorrectiveactions.
Escalatecomplextechnicalproblemstoengineeringteamswhennecessary.
- Customer Support&Training:
Providetechnicalassistanceandguidancetocustomersonequipmentoperation.
Traincustomerpersonnelandcolleagues(when necessary) onpropermaintenanceandtroubleshootingprocedures.
Actasaliaisonbetweencustomersandinternaltechnicalteams.
Actasatechnicalresourceforjuniorengineers,providingguidanceandmentorship.
- Documentation&Reporting:
Maintainservicelogs,reports,anddocumentationforallcustomerinteractions.
Providefeedbacktoengineeringandrelevantproductteamsonrecurringissues.
Ensurecompliancewithsafetyandqualitystandards.
- Collaboration&Continuous Improvement:
Workcloselywithcross-functionalteamstoenhanceoperationalefficiency.
Engageinprocessimprovementinitiativesandimplementsnewbestpractices.
Stayupdatedonthelatestadvancementsinsemiconductormanufacturingtechnology.

Qualifications- Bachelorsdegreein Electrical Engineering ,Mechanical Engineering,orarelatedfield
- 2to4yearsofexperienceinthesemiconductorequipmentindustryrequired.

Vapor Deposition (CVD) tool (equivalent) - Atleast1yearsofexperienceinfieldservice,maintenance,ortechnicalsupportof
Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) tool (equivalent) - Strongtroubleshootingskillsinmechanical,electrical,and systems.
- Proficiencyininterpretingschematics,technical drawings,andsystemmanuals.
- Experienceworkinginacleanroomenvironment.
- Familiaritywithvacuumsystems,robotics,or automation.
- Excellentcommunicationandcustomerserviceskills.
- Willingnesstotraveltocustomersites,when needed(domesticandinternational).
- Notravelrestrictions,eitherdomesticallyorinternationally.
- Initial Comprehensive Training in South Koreafortechnical proficiency
