Civil Engineer

We're seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) with 6+ years of land development experience to lead residential and commercial site development projects from concept through construction. This role combines technical leadership, project management, client engagement, and team mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Design and review grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater, and site development plans.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, contractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, construction documents, and permit packages.
• Mentor junior engineers and support quality assurance.
• Build strong client relationships and support business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• 6+ years of civil engineering experience in land development.
• Experience with project management and client coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and hydrology/stormwater modeling software.
• Strong knowledge of site development, utilities, grading, drainage, and permitting.
