We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer with a strong background in the Transportation and Mining sectors to support our clients in the greater Salt Lake City, Utah area and across the region.

The Senior Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical products and services. This position will provide guidance and mentorship to engineering staff, contribute to project execution, and uphold strong communication and time-management practices.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Leading marketing and business development strategies
• Evaluating potential project opportunities and responding to client proposal requests
• Preparing and reviewing contracts
• Developing scopes of work and associated budgets
• Overseeing technical analyses and deliverables
• Creating innovative, technically sound solutions for client needs

To be considered, candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
• 15+ years of engineering experience, with at least 10 years in consulting and project management preferred
