Senior Electrical Engineer

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of electrical substation and transmission line construction projects
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure on-time completion within defined budget and quality standards.
• Lead and manage project teams including engineers, contractors, and site staff.
• Review technical designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and consultants for timely availability of materials and services.
• Maintain close interaction with clients, consultants, and government authorities for approvals, inspections, and reporting.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, statutory, and regulatory norms at the project site.
• Track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and present updates to senior management.
• Manage risks, resolve site-level issues, and take corrective measures to ensure project continuity.

• Strong knowledge of electrical substation construction, transmission line works, and related standards
  .
• Proven experience in project planning, execution, and resource management.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional language
  .
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office applications.
• Previously worked for the capacity of 220 kv to 400 kv substations.

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in electrical substation and transmission line projects.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects successfully.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
