You will lead efforts to strengthen area performance by reducing operational risk and building stable capacity, partnering with Manufacturing, Process Development, Industrial Engineering, and Operations. You will drive cycle time reduction, throughput improvements, and data-informed capacity decisions, while leading safety and quality initiatives and coordinating with cross-functional teams
