As a Reservation Manager Agent under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, you will support customers, field team members, and U‑Haul dealerships by managing reservation placement and equipment distribution.

• Assist with calls to and from customers.
• Help support field team members and U‑Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customers’ equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status to balance regional market inventory.
• Review reports to aid effective placement of equipment, customer reservations, and contracts.
• Assist with the company’s U‑Box portable storage product.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word, and e‑mail.
• Proficiency in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
