The Fuel Management Specialist keeps things running smoothly by supporting the team with data entry, inventory tracking, and keeping the fuel management system in check. Essentially, they're the wizard behind the curtain keeping things organized and flowing.

What You'll Do

• Keep the fuel data flowing by entering purchase and sale info into the system—accurate, organized, and no rogue decimals.
• Keep tabs on gas and diesel coming and going, and help track what's in the store tanks (no guessing games allowed).
• Double-check weekly sales and fuel reports and pitch in when the numbers go rogue—because someone has to keep the math honest.
• Jump in as the go-to helper in the support desk when others run into issues with the fuel management system.
• Help keep RIN compliance on track by gathering the right docs and putting together the basics for reporting (no detective hat required, but it might help).
• Pull data from the fuel system and assist with getting it where it needs to go in the General Ledger when month-end rolls around.
• Team up on tax and compliance tasks to make sure everything's filed, recorded, and squared away- because no one likes surprise paperwork.
• You'll double-check weekly sales reports, gallons sold, EPA compliance, and RIN stuff, working with suppliers and customers to make sure all RIN sales and transfers are in order.
