• Lead the bi-weekly payroll process and off-cycle payroll cycles in a timely and compliant manner.
• Resolve complex issues related to taxes, deductions, timekeeping, and pay calculations.
• Support bonus payments, adjustments, and special payout processing.
• Assist and respond to employee and manager payroll inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Participate in system upgrades, configuration changes, regression testing, and pay rule validation.

• Experience working with payroll systems such as Workday or SAP preferred.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
