Payroll Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our finance team. If you have a knack for numbers, a deep understanding of tax compliance, and 5+ years of experience navigating the complexities of payroll cycles, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you won't just be "processing checks"—you’ll be the steward of our labor data, ensuring every employee is compensated accurately and our company remains in lockstep with all government regulations.

• End-to-End Payroll Management:
  Generate the company payroll with precision, including the management of labor distribution records.
• Accrual Tracking:
  Maintain and update vacation and sick leave accruals, overtime calculations, and employee withholding statuses.
• Compliance & Reporting:
  Ensure the company meets all federal, state, and local reporting requirements for payroll taxes, with holdings, and employer contributions.
• Record Integrity:
  Audit payroll reports to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Generates the company payroll, including labor distribution records, vacation and sick leave accrual, overtime, and withholding status. Meets all government reporting requirements for payroll taxes, withholding, and employer contributions.

• Experience:
  
  5–7 years of dedicated payroll processing experience.
• Technical Knowledge:
  Deep familiarity with payroll software and government tax portals.
• Regulatory Expertise:
  Understanding of current tax laws, withholding requirements, and labor distribution reporting.
• Attention to Detail:
  An eagle eye for data entry and a commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality.
