Sr Analyst, Pricing, Client Finance

• Maintain pricing models & assist with model improvements
• Produce reports & other regular deliverables as required by the business
• Ensure documentation stays up to date & improve its format
• Develop retrospective learning processes & templates
• Support standardized processes, templates, and collateral for key pricing activities
• Engage in ad‑hoc financial analyses for the Pricing team

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting or another quantitative field
• At least 2 years of experience working in a finance‑related field
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel
• Experience with a consultative approach to financial modeling
• Extraordinarily detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to formulate and communicate solutions to tactical problems
• Strong analytical abilities, with a track record of identifying insights from financial information and translating them into business analytics and recommendations
• Thrives in growth‑driven changes
• Familiarity with U.S. health system and financial elements is preferred
• Familiarity with risk and non‑risk pricing/contracting is strongly preferred
• Basic knowledge of GAAP is preferred

Base salary range: $85,000.
