  • Experience building scalable finance operations, systems, and processes in a startup or growth‑stage environment.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced organization.
  • Strong experience partnering with founders, CEOs, boards, and executive leadership teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with investors, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and operational capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote‑first environment with executive presence in the Bay Area and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Preferred experience includes exposure to government or regulated markets, hardware or deep‑tech environments, and software/SaaS business models.
Benefits
  • Competitive executive compensation package with a salary range of $275,000–$325,000.
