You’ll serve as the primary contact for project sponsors, monitor construction progress, lease-up, and funding conditions, and coordinate with asset management, credit, and investor relations teams.
The role requires 3–5+ years in LIHTC and affordable housing, strong Excel modeling, and the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
