Cross Country Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Condo Underwriter to review documentation for all new and existing condominium and cooperative projects, ensuring compliance with internal policies and with FNMA, Freddie Mac, FHA and VA requirements.
You will underwrite projects accurately and in a timely manner, maintain approved/declined project lists, manage expiration dates, and deliver excellent customer service to Sales and Operations staff.
