• Obtain securities industry licenses through dedicated classes and structured lessons
• Learn foundational advisor skills, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships
• Provide phone-based, holistic financial advice and guidance
• Identify product and service solutions for investment, savings, and liability management needs
• Apply investment and financial market knowledge to individual client needs
• Align Merrill and Bank of America products and services where appropriate
• Work with affluent and high-net-worth clients

• Review investment goals and prepare aligned investment recommendations
• Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice
• Deliver client reviews and presentations
• Recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals and life priorities
• Manage a portfolio of clients and provide exceptional client care
• Collaborate with core banking and investment partners
• Connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions
• Progress through defined training and development toward a Merrill Financial Advisor role
• Interact with banking customers, small business owners, and higher-net-worth clients
• Apply a defined consultative approach to systematically identify client needs and solutions

- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) within 60 days of hiring
- Must obtain Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days of hiring;
Series 63 and 65 accepted in lieu of Series 66 - SAFE Act registration, background check, and continued good standing required
- 40 hours per week
- Ability to work in the United States of America
