MANAGER, FINANCIAL REPORTING AND ANALYTICS

• Prepare detailed internal financial reports, including researching and explaining significant variances by working closely with various departments and management
• Prepare accurate financial reporting in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Communicate financial results to constituents
• Develop the annual budget model in collaboration with department managers
• Update budget models with actuals and communicate variances to management
• Manage budget process for employee hiring in collaboration with Human Resources
• Support the annual financial planning process
• Develop financial analysis for both internal and external presentations
• Develop financial budget, analysis and projections for  initiatives
• Prepare other ad-hoc analysis and special projects, as requested
• Effectively communicate with business leads budgeting requirements on an ongoing basis
• Develop financial analysis and modeling for key investment projects using financial metrics
• Consistently deliver high quality reports and analysis to business leads
• Other Finance related duties and projects as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Must be detail-oriented with expert knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting practices
• Ability to be punctual on all reporting deadlines (may require working weekends)
• Ability to interface and work with varying levels of the organization, from user to management, in a highly interactive culture
• Strong PC skills and proficiency with spreadsheet programs, such as MS Excel, are essential
• Outstanding oral and written communication a must
• Must be a self-starter, show initiative, and have the ability to manage workload prioritization

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA and/or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 4 years experience in accounting and financial reporting
