ŌURA seeks a visionary VP of Global Tax to lead our tax organization through hyper-growth and public-readiness. You will own the global tax strategy, compliance, reporting and planning across domestic and international jurisdictions, partnering with finance, legal and product teams.
The role requires 20+ years of tax leadership, deep ASC 740 knowledge, and hands-on experience building a SOX-compliant tax function for a public company. Strong cross-border and systems acumen are essential.
