ICF Olson in the United States seeks a Hazard Mitigation 406-404 Specialist – Reservist On Call to support federal hazard mitigation projects in Puerto Rico. This U.S.
-based on-call role may require travel to client sites, field locations and disaster recovery operations for multi-week assignments.
You will work closely with subrecipients, Environmental Historic Preservation teams and FEMA grant staff to advance mitigation proposals and ensure NEPA compliance.
