Summary:
The Drivers License Program Supervisor is responsible for supervising the diverse group of 12-14 employees. The successful applicant will foster a constructive culture and have a collaborative focus. Cross training and empowering employees for success will be key focus areas. Goal of improving service delivery and timelines, innovating practices to meet our customer needs is required.
NOTE:
This position requires a criminal background check before a final offer is made.
- Hire, train, plan, and assign work, evaluate performance;
- Implement goals, priorities, and schedules;
- Draft, review, and recommend updates or additions to standards, policies and procedures;
- Review or manage budgets, and collect fiscal data;
Interpret and ensure compliance with Driver related laws, regulations, policies, and procedures; - Evaluate needs, improve business processes, and ensure that training is provided for staff;
- Perform related work activities as required.
Experience:
Minimum requirement met by 1 year of experience for all of the following.
- Supervising staff
- Analyzing, interpreting, and applying laws and regulations
- Assessing work procedures and developing and implementing operating procedures
- Speaking before groups
