Primary Focus:
Lash Excellence

• Perform high-quality classic and volume lash sets
• Maintain strong retention and client satisfaction
• Rebook clients consistently
• Deliver an elevated, professional client experience

• Face + Body Waxing
• Lash lifts
• Dermaplane Treatments
• Brow Laminations
• Brow + Lash Tinting
• Chemical Peels
• Facials

• Answer phones confidently
• Return missed calls the same day
• Book appointments accurately
• Maintain smooth daily schedule flow

• Capture before/after content
• Participate in 2–3 weekly content pieces (reels, education, transformations)
• Collaborate on ideas to grow visibility

This is a hybrid role designed to stabilize operations and help grow the spa’s presence.

This position is designed to evolve into a full-time, core team role.
