Sport Clips Haircuts of Eagle is looking for our next Salon Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed cosmetologist or barber who is passionate about leadership, enjoys developing others, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company.
This position is a full-time stylist role with a structured Manager-in-Training onboarding program
. To ensure long-term success, all new managers complete approximately three months of paid leadership training before transitioning into the Salon Manager position. During this time, you'll work behind the chair while learning the operational, leadership, and business skills needed to confidently lead a successful salon.
Our goal is to set every manager up for success through hands-on coaching, mentorship, and real-world leadership experience.
CompensationSalon Managers typically earn $71,000–$78,000 annually
, including hourly pay, tips, performance bonuses, and weekend pay differentials.
As you progress through training and into the Salon Manager role, you'll develop the skills to:
- Lead daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and point-of-sale management.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team of stylists.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining Sport Clips brand standards.
- Manage product ordering, merchandising, and inventory to support salon profitability.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture.
- Support payroll, administrative tasks, and compliance with company policies and state licensing requirements.

- Active Idaho Cosmetology or Barber License
- Previous leadership or management experience is preferred (salon, retail, hospitality, or similar environments)
- Strong communication, coaching, and customer service skills

- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
