- Perform a comprehensive range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, massage, manicures, and pedicures, to the highest standards.
- Conduct detailed client consultations, assessing their needs and recommending appropriate treatments and home care routines.
- Provide expert advice on product selection and usage to enhance client satisfaction and promote sales.
- Mentor and guide junior therapists, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate team performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment environment, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and handle client inquiries with professionalism and care.
- A recognized qualification in Beauty Therapy (e.g., ITEC, CIDESCO, SAAHSP).
- A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as a Beauty Therapist, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficiency in a wide array of beauty treatments and product lines.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong understanding of beauty industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy salon environment.
