We are searching for a Pharmacist for our Emerald Clinic who floats 1 day a week.

Purpose

The Pharmacist is an important team member supporting the Pharmacy Services department, which is essential for achieving the dual mission of Full Circle Health. The Pharmacist shall be accountable for:

  • Dispensing prescriptions
  • Communicating with prescribers
  • Ensuring Patients Safety
  • Counseling Patients
  • Communicating with insurance companies
  • Performing administrative tasks
  • Educating health provider colleagues
  • Responsible for drug inventory at their location

The Pharmacist works closely with the pharmacy technician(s) as well as team members from the nursing, reception, and provider departments.

Schedule

This schedule is Monday - Friday 8am-6pm.

Qualifications Qualifications and Skills Education
  • Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
Experience
  • Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
  • One or more years of pharmacy experience preferred.
  • FQHC/340B experience is beneficial
Licensure / Certification
  • Current state of Idaho Pharmacy license and drug screen completed prior to start date.
Credentialing

Meets established Credentials Committee requirements for Pharm

D scope of practice including fully credentialed, licensed and privileged as well as the ability to pass a background check.
