Speech Language Pathologist for Adult IDD clients in Idaho

Requirements:

• Ability to learn on the job and utilize and augment the materials provided
• Idaho-issued Speech Language Pathologist License

• Visiting with clients to provide individually tailored therapy on Zoom
• Documenting therapy visits and contacting families and case managers to share updates
• Utilizing and augmenting the resources provided to use in therapy

• Soundly Speaking provides both in-person and teletherapy services to our clients. Based on an hourly wage, we expect our SLPs to:

• Provide high quality evaluations and goal setting to support SLP-Assistants in the therapy process
• Supervise assistants while they conduct therapy sessions and provide quality feedback
• Demonstrate adaptability and teamwork skills
• Turn in paperwork within a 24 hour timeline
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records in accordance with HIPAA, State, and Federal Regulations
