Medication Aide

Pinnacle Senior Living -  - Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed medications and treatments to residents in accordance with regulatory requirements.;
Observe residents taking medications and document effects including any adverse effects in the medication administration records.;
Communicate any concerns or observations with the Wellness Director, Wellness Coordinator or designated personnel.;
Support residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health.;
Encourage resident independence and preserve resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.
