- You will be performing routine laboratory tests used for the treatment of diseases.
- You Analyze blood cells by counting and identifying cells, using microscopic techniques and procedures.
- You maintain laboratory supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- You conserve laboratory resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
- You provide medical technology information by answering questions and requests.
- 2 years of experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Tech from a hospital (1st choice), clinic or lab setting.
- Must be certified as a Medical Technologist in the state of Idaho
- Certification by an accrediting organization such as ASCP, AMT.
- Microbiology experience in a clinical laboratory is strongly preferred
- Sunquest LIS, Top 500 Analyzer and Beckman LH Analyzer experience
Hours for this Position:
10 hours shifts 4 days a week – will discuss more details in interview they are flexible
