We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation Services team within the STARS Worker Rehab program.

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the State of Idaho.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire in all units, unless currently certified in ACLS and/or PALS as defined in the SAHS Certification Crosswalk.
• Previous experience in Acute Care or Rehabilitation preferred.
