A Full‑time Radiology Technologist position at Primary Health Medical Group in Idaho. New graduates without experience who are ARRT certified may start at $28.40 per hour, with an eligibility bonus after one year of employment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform X‑rays in accordance with primary policies and procedures
  • Deliver high‑quality customer service on the phone and in person
  • Assist front‑office staff in managing patient schedules, referrals, and documentation
  • Support providers in patient examinations and treatments under direction
  • Provide clinical triage/communication as defined by protocol or provider instructions
  • Prepare examination rooms, including sterilization, cleaning, and equipment checks
  • Perform basic laboratory tests and specimen preparation on‐premises
  • Conduct phlebotomy with proper collection, labeling, and processing
  • Assist back‑office with patient flow, paperwork, and documentation
  • Educate patients based on assessed needs
  • Perform tests and procedures as ordered
  • Accurately document patient encounters and interventions
  • Relay provider instructions to patients
  • Perform non‑direct patient care tasks such as autoclaving, stocking, scanning, and mailing
  • Aid in identifying methods to improve patient care
  • Assist or lead in emergency situations
  • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • ARRT registration or eligibility to sit for the ARRT exam
  • Customer‑service oriented attitude and behavior
  • Computer proficiency, including use of applicable clinical software
  • Recommended vaccinations: annual Influenza, Hep B, TDaP, MMR, Varicella, and TB
  • Drug‑free workplace; completion of background check and drug screening required
  • Strong desire to grow, mentor new hires, and contribute to team goals
