About your RoleOur ESMI program delivers services to clients ages 15-30 years old over a 2 year period with specific phases of treatment and identified needs. The ESMI program uses Motivational Interviewing, CBT for Psychosis, and Shared Decision Making to support clients experiencing psychosis for the first time (or in the first 2 years of having psychosis), to avoid partial hospitalization, residential care, or hospitalization.
This program also assists clients stepping down from these higher levels of care. ESMI is a team focused program consisting of a therapist, supported education and employment specialist. As the Clinician working with the client, you will specifically focus on their therapeutic needs, and collaborate with the ESMI treatment team weekly to staff cases for optimal effectiveness and success.

- Deliver services using Motivational Interviewing, CBT for Psychosis, and Shared Decision Making to support clients.
- $32-34/hour — Same for billable and admin work
- $1000 Stay bonus
- Part Time 20+ hours/week

- Licensed in Idaho as LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC
- Previous experience preferred
- Knowledge of community mental health resources, preferred
- Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with
- 401K
